The Birth & Baby Intensive is a private, fully customized birth preparation experience designed around you: your body, your baby, your birth goals, and the way you learn best.

Unlike a traditional childbirth class that follows a set curriculum, every Intensive is tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll combine comprehensive childbirth education with personalized movement strategies, practical preparation, and newborn education to help you approach birth and early parenthood with confidence.

We'll cover the physiology of labor and birth, comfort measures, partner support, common interventions and informed decision-making, labor positions, movement and body mechanics, and preparing for your specific birth setting. We'll also go beyond the basics of newborn care to explore responsive infant care, feeding, lactation, infant sleep, babywearing, and realistic expectations for the postpartum period, helping you make informed choices that align with your family's values.

Whether you're planning a hospital birth, birth center birth, or home birth, every session is adapted to your goals, preferences, and circumstances.

The Birth & Baby Intensive is an excellent standalone option for families looking for personalized birth education, and it also pairs beautifully with doula support by allowing us dedicated time to dive deeper into planning and preparation while reserving our prenatal visits for relationship-building, ongoing questions, and individualized support throughout your pregnancy.
