Labor Doula

You don’t have to figure this all out on your own. As a doula and childbirth educator, it’s my passion to help you navigate your pregnancy and birth with the tools you need to thrive and feel confident. Whether you’re looking for help with your birth plan, a VBAC prep session, or full-on birth doula support, we’ll work together to give you the info and confidence you need to welcome your baby with joy and ease.

Postpartum Doula

$35/hour

The early weeks with a new baby can feel overwhelming—but they don’t have to. My postnatal services are designed to help you ease into postpartum with more confidence, clarity, and connection. I’ll support you in understanding your baby’s cues, tuning into your own instincts, and creating space for rest, joy, and healing. With gentle guidance and thoughtful care, we’ll shape a rhythm that truly supports your family.

I have extensive training in babywearing, infant massage, lactation, newborn sleep, postnatal yoga & fitness, and pelvic floor wellness - and when all you need is a compassionate listener and a shoulder to cry on, I’m really good at that, too.

Fertility Doula

$500/month

If you’ve been trying for a while or struggling with infertility, you know…TTC can be lonely. As a fertility doula, I’m here to change that. My role is to be your support during this challenging and beautiful time - helping you understand your cycle, navigate the roller coaster of emotions, explore your options, and get the information and support you need to start your family with intention.
