About Elise
I’m a certified babywearing consultant trained through the Center for Babywearing Studies, where I’ve completed extensive, evidence-based training and continue to stay deeply involved in advancing babywearing education.
My work is shaped not just by training, but by years of supporting families in real life as a postpartum doula, nanny, and perinatal fitness professional. I’ve worked with parents in those early, often overwhelming days, helping them find what actually works for their bodies, their babies, and their lives.
And I’ve lived it, too.
I’ve worn my own children through the newborn stage and beyond, learning firsthand how powerful (and sometimes frustrating) babywearing can be without the right support.
All of this comes together in the way I work: practical, personalized, and grounded in both science and lived experience so you can feel confident, capable, and supported every step of the way.
