Hi, I’m Elise, a passionate full spectrum doula in Grinnell, Iowa
When I’m not attending births, you can find me teaching yoga or fitness classes for moms, snuggling my pups, or homeschooling my two wonderful kids.
As a full-spectrum doula with a background in perinatal fitness, yoga, and babywearing education, I bring a movement-based lens to everything I do.
I help Grinnell parents prepare physically for labor and recovery, understand what’s happening in their bodies, and use movement and positioning as tools for comfort and progress.
Whether we’re discussing birth preferences, exploring labor positions, or planning for postpartum recovery, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
I believe that compassionate, evidence-based support - paired with body awareness and education - helps families find their voice and navigate this life-changing season with strength and grace.

Doula Services
Labor Doula
$1500 - $2500
You don’t have to figure this all out on your own. As a doula and childbirth educator, it’s my passion to help you navigate your pregnancy and birth with the tools you need to thrive and feel confident. By working together to assess your unique physical, emotional, and educational needs, you will gain the confidence you need to welcome your baby with joy and ease.
Fertility Doula
$500/month
If you’ve been trying for a while or struggling with infertility, you know…TTC can be lonely. As a fertility doula, I’m here to change that. My role is to be your support during this challenging and beautiful time - helping you understand your cycle, navigate the roller coaster of emotions, explore your options, and get the information and support you need to start your family with intention.
Postpartum Overnight Doula
$250/night (8 hour shift)
Ever wished that a little elf could show up in the night and care for your baby, change diapers, fold your laundry, wash dishes, and make you a fresh breakfast and pot of coffee…while you caught up on some much needed sleep?
As an overnight postpartum doula, I’m your elf!
I provide respectful guidance and responsive care overnight for your newborn(s), helping you gain some much needed sleep and confidence and helping you reset for a fresh start the next day. Supportive for both bottle and breastfeeding parents!
A travel fee may be applied for families more than 30 minutes from Grinnell.
