Your body is designed to adapt, support you, and move with you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum…but when things feel off, it’s often a sign that the system as a whole needs attention, not just one isolated area.

Using a Body Ready Method® lens, I take a whole-body approach that looks at how your alignment, breath, core, pelvic floor, and movement patterns all work together.

This isn’t about fixing one symptom or giving generic exercises: it’s about understanding your body more deeply and helping it function with greater balance, efficiency, and ease so you can feel more confident and supported in this season.

Single BRM Session - $150

This one-time session is a great introduction to the Body Ready Method and what it looks like to take a whole-body approach to support during pregnancy, birth preparation, or postpartum recovery.

Together, we’ll explore how factors like alignment, mobility, breath, core and pelvic floor function, and movement patterns may be influencing how your body feels and functions.

You can expect both education and hands-on guidance, with personalized strategies, movements, and recommendations tailored to your specific needs.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of the method, more insight into your body, and practical tools you can begin using right away.

This session is designed to support your body in the final weeks of pregnancy, especially if you’re approaching an induction or feeling unsure about what comes next.

Using a whole-body approach, we’ll focus on creating balance, optimizing positioning, and supporting your body’s natural readiness for labor.

You’ll walk away with practical tools, movements, and strategies to help you feel more prepared, grounded, and confident heading into birth.

4 session package - $350

This package is designed for women who want to create meaningful change in how their body feels and functions, not just temporary relief.

Over four sessions, we’ll take a whole-body approach to identify patterns of tension, imbalance, and compensation, and begin retraining them through targeted movement and breathwork.

Each session builds on the last, giving you time to integrate what you’re learning and see real-life changes. By the end, you’ll have a clearer understanding of your body and practical tools to continue moving forward with confidence.

8 session package - $650

This package is ideal if you’re ready to go deeper and create more consistent, lasting change in your body.

Over eight sessions, we’ll address underlying patterns, build strength and coordination, and support your body through the demands of pregnancy, birth, or postpartum recovery.

With more time to integrate and refine, you’ll begin to feel noticeable shifts in how your body moves, responds, and supports you day to day.

12 session package - $900

This is a comprehensive, high-touch package for those who want ongoing support and transformation over time.

Across twelve sessions, we’ll work together to fully retrain movement patterns, build resilience, and support your body through each stage you’re navigating.

This allows for deeper integration, troubleshooting, and progression, so you feel truly confident, capable, and at home in your body.

About Elise

I’m a certified BRM® Pro with extensive training in perinatal fitness, pelvic floor wellness, pilates, yoga, and birth physiology.

The truth is, I don’t really consider myself a “fitness person.”

You’re not going to find me in a CrossFit gym or chasing intensity for the sake of it.

What drives my work is something different: a deep respect for the female body, and a genuine curiosity about how it works, adapts, and communicates through every stage of life.

Over the years, I’ve studied movement from many angles. But I don’t use that knowledge to prescribe perfect workouts or push you toward some external standard.

I use it to help you understand your body.

To help you notice what feels supportive, what feels off, and why.
To help you move in ways that actually make you feel better, not more depleted, and disconnected.

This work is about building a relationship with your body, so that whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or years beyond…you can trust what you feel, advocate for what you need, and move through your life with more confidence and ease.
