The Body Ready Method® is a prenatal embodied learning experience. During your sessions, we will work together to understand how your body has supported you through your history of movement practices, injuries or current pain, and current movement practices. We will also do a physical assessment. By gathering this information and observation, we will focus on creating a personal plan with tools that will care for your body and support different muscles and ligaments to relearn and regain dynamic movement.

This program is for everyone. While this program is initially designed for preparation during pregnancy, all adults at various stages of life can benefit from the personalized assessment and tools to support dynamic movement of their muscles and ligaments. BRM® 1:1 sessions also complement other forms of body work including massage, chiropractic care, and physical therapy.

About Elise

I’m a certified BRM® Pro with extensive training in perinatal fitness, pelvic floor wellness, pilates, yoga, and birth physiology.

The truth is, I don’t really consider myself a “fitness person.”

You’re not going to find me in a CrossFit gym or chasing intensity for the sake of it.

What drives my work is something different: a deep respect for the female body, and a genuine curiosity about how it works, adapts, and communicates through every stage of life.

Over the years, I’ve studied movement from many angles. But I don’t use that knowledge to prescribe perfect workouts or push you toward some external standard.

I use it to help you understand your body.

To help you notice what feels supportive, what feels off, and why.
To help you move in ways that actually make you feel better, not more depleted, and disconnected.

This work is about building a relationship with your body, so that whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or years beyond…you can trust what you feel, advocate for what you need, and move through your life with more confidence and ease.
