








Kangatraining Baby & Me Postpartum Fitness Series
Kangatraining is a fun, full-body workout designed for postpartum parents—with your baby right there with you, often in a carrier! This 6-week series focuses on safely rebuilding strength, supporting your core and pelvic floor, and connecting with other parents in a welcoming, baby-friendly space. No childcare needed—just come as you are and move with us.
Open to all caregivers at least 6 weeks post-vaginal birth or 12 weeks post-cesarean birth.
