  • When we think about life with a new baby, we often picture what our days will look like - but rarely do we picture the lonely nights spent with a baby who wants to eat every hour, doesn’t like their bassinet, and grunts like a wild animal even when they are sleeping!

    As a postpartum doula, I’m here to help you get the rest your body and mind need to recover. During overnight shifts, I provide responsive care for your baby: bringing them to you to nurse or offering bottle feeds, soothing between wake-ups, and supporting safe sleep. As time allows, I help with dishes, bottles, baby laundry, and simple meal prep, and I leave detailed notes so you can wake up to helpful insights on your baby’s sleep, feeds, and development.
